Home Inspection review in

NO WAY HE DID A PROPER INSPECTION
ALAN was scheduled to come at 11am. Came past 12 noon. I let him in. I left for lunch. Came back at 12:40pm. He was gone. No way he could have possibly done a thorough inspection of my house.
This is a 2 story rowhouse. 100 years old. Not a condo or new build.
I don't know what this guy is playing at. But he is no real inspector. His report was poorly written. It made no effort to describe what was serious and what was minor. Everything was just listed out. Like he spent all of 10 min writing it.
