I have gone through the property inspection process many times dealing with both residential and commercial real estate, Allan was hands down the best inspector I have ever used, I will use him again. He is intelligent detail oriented and obviously very dedicated to his work and profession. Allan went above and beyond and if you use him you will feel confidant you have chosen the best.
