Alan was very thorough with the inspection and worked meticulously from the outside in. He flagged anything that was going to be a major expense up front, what would affect normal living conditions, and what could come up in the future.
The best part was his brutal honesty when assessing the property which is something I certainly appreciated and what you really want from any inspector.
