Alan was great, very informative. He taught me a lot of things while doing the inspection. Did a very thorough inspection. Pointed out things I had no idea was wrong. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for posting up a review.
Most new home purchasers are not aware of what the builders requirements are and what they as home owners are entitled to. That's why most of my clients are surprised about what they learn on the Tarion warranty inspection. New homes are not flawless and need inspecting just like older ones do.
