Alan came highly recommended by friends that had used him in the past and we were not disappointed! Alan practically saved our lives! During the home inspection on an older home Alan found a few issues with the home that had been well hidden and were going to be very costly to repair. We were very thankful Alan is so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step during his inspections, he was able to save us from a lot of trouble down the road. We'll definitely be using him again!

Thanks Michaela. From the get go there were strange things happening with that property. Every step I took was further and more serious of issues. I guess you would say the inspection was money well spent and much better served than the pre-listing report from another huge firm, which practically ignored fire and structural damages, as well as Termites and significant electrical problems.
