Michael did my home inspection before I purchased my first house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff. I liked that he not only inspected my new home, but also took the time to explain home maintenance to me. Would highly recommend.

Michael has a very strong construction background building many, many houses in the past so the tips he gives for maintenance are from his extensive experience in residential construction and renovations. First time buyers need a crash course on basic home ownership / maintenance and I was pleased to hear that Michael explained all of that to you in detail .
