This review is coming in late - Alan came by in February of 2012. We bought the house that was inspected and had a baby immediately afterwards so here I am now just getting to writing the review!
Alan was great, he performed a thorough inspection of our home. The house had not been maintained by the previous owners and there were a few findings. We knew this going in, and Alan let us know the reality of the situation. We felt we could manage it, and have since basically gutted and re-finished the entire home.
Thanks to Alan, we knew exactly what needed to be addressed, and 1.5 years later nothing else has come up that Alan had not discussed with us during the inspection.
I give Alan 10 stars and thank him for helping our family learn about our home.
