Alan did an inspection for me on a 45 years old home. He promptly arrived on a short notice and was very thorough during the inspection.
I was an inexperienced buyer and Alan had to explain me even the very basics of a home. He patiently replied to my numerous questions, not only during the inspection but also next day after I’ve read his detailed well–organized report with about 30 pictures of the property. Whereas Alan has identified main problems and areas of improvement, he also taught me how and when to perform a simple
