I contacted Alan from Allmax after being referred to him by another company that doesn't work with tenants and he was very accommodating to my schedule and came out on short notice, even in inclement weather conditions when another company cancelled.

He was patient and professional and answered all my questions about the mould problem. He didn't waste any time and sampled the environment after listening to my concerns - performing more tests at a lower price than I was quoted by others. I felt confident in his work and that it was representative of the environment. He also had the samples analyzed and his report back incredibly quickly and provided good recommendations.
