Drainpro

I had a stubborn clog in the drain to my kitchen sink. Liquid Plumber helped for a while but eventually it completely clogged and water backed up into the sink. Matt from Drainpro came and with the right tools was able to quickly clear the clog which was actually deep in the drain (below the basement floor). They also replaced the outdated pipes under the sink. Drainpro had the right tools and parts on hand, and were also very competent and friendly. They answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we used Drainpro based on a friend's recommendation. The service rep "Matt" and his assistant "Sam" arrived to the appointment on time. They assessed the leak and advised of the repairs required and indicated the exact costs. They completed the work within an hour and showed and explained what was done. I contacted DRAINPRO for the installation of a sink and also to repair toilet which was actively leaking water out. They came within a few hours as promised and did the job in a complete and professional manner. We had blocked kitchen sink for a week. We did some jobs by ourselves, but it didn't work. Finally the drain was leaking. So I called DrainPro. They worked very well. They cleaned the drain and changed leaky pipes in one hour. Their job was over our expectation. We will recommend them to my friends. We will call them again if we need them. One suggestion is that please give us a clear price range when I phone your company. Thank you for the good job.

I called DrainPro after reading the reviews here on HomeStars, and I'm glad I did - Amazing service from start to finish! I was so impressed by the expertise and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at DrainPro. They were able to send someone to fix my blocked drain right away. Steve (?) showed up right on time and carefully explained the problem, and told me how much it would be to fix. While he was here, he also changed an aerator in my faucet. For the first time since I moved in three years ago, I have good water pressure....I don't know why I waited so long to call!

Excellent service to unplug bathroom sink; very efficient and expedient. Knowledgeable and professional service and staff. Would highly recommend to others to use. As a result, we are having them replace the sink, faucet and toilet for us.

After struggling for 2 days and trying everything, yesterday we've decided to call for professional help. Compared to some companies that offered an appointment in "just" 5 days, Clean Flow was able to send a specialist within 90 minutes. Wow!
Luke really tried hard and did his best to try to clean the drain with three different cables, to no avail. Then he suggested to open the ceiling in the basement to get to the pipe. He made a very educated guess about the location of an opening, considering a weird configuration of our piping. After a tedious process of carefully draining the "water" from a cut pipe we all discovered the real cause of the problem - a fair amount of grout (a side effect of our recent DIY kitchen renovation project). The rest was an easy job.
We were really impressed with Luke's professionalism, skills, persistence and patience. Now we know who we are calling next time we have a plumbing issue.

We called DrainPro about a basement floor drain that had been overflowing each time we did laundry. Matt and his assistant were prompt, friendly and very efficient. No more plugged drain. I will definitely call them again (but hopefully not for a few years!).
