My husband and I are very satisfied with the service, they came on time and installed our door and window to our satisfaction. They cleaned the area once installation is done.

Alex and his crew were professional, showed up on the date and time we had agreed on, and had completed the installation within a few hours. The workmanship and the materials are impeccable. We previously had 6 foot doors with a transom at the top. We removed the transom, and replaced it with 8 foot doors, with three quarter glass inserts, which included wrought iron detailing. It has changed the whole look of the front of our house, and I could not be more pleased. The doors are majestic, and boast a sculptural element. This company came recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I have already recommended it to neighbours. Also, I had solicited competing quotes, and this quote was, by far, the most reasonable. Absolutely deserving of a 5/5 rating.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job to install a new front door , side door and patio slider. The quality of the doors are very high . The installation was so air tight and proper installation from beginning to end . Alex and his crew are highly skilled at what they do that I used them prior in my old house and now for a second time in my new property just purchased. They are honest and very reliable - their prices cannot be beat from any supplier of the same quality

We have a bungalow-style home with a walk-out basement, and this fall we wanted to replace both the main front door as well as the side door (separate entrance to the basement).

After discussing our project with multiple contractors and companies (including a couple of of the big stores in Toronto), we settled on eDoors. Their price was very competitive, the product seemed to be of good quality and the timeframe for installation suited us.

It has now been three months since Alex installed our new doors and we couldn't be happier. The job was delivered on time and exactly as promised. The doors and all the hardware are solid and nicely finished, and the insulation / weatherproofing of the doors is great. The design and color we picked (with recommendations from Dmitry) really enhance the look of our home and we got many compliments from neighbors and friends.

Moreover, I can say that this company stands behind their product and workmanship. We did have a couple small issues at the beginning (slight misalignment of the storm door and a peephole that was not installed at the factory as discussed), but Alex came over personally and made good on everything.

Bottomline: I highly recommend this company - call them, you won't be sorry!

I was referred to eDoors by a friend after I shopped a few companies for replacement single entry and patio doors. Salesperson was Dmitri. Prices were competitive with room for (reasonable) movement. Time lines for product delivery and installation were punctual. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that Dmitri actually came on site the day of installation for quality inspection and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I'm glad to have done business with eDoors and will be working with them when I replace my windows.

I met with Alex to get a quote after speaking to 2 other highly rated companies from Homestars. I decided to go with edoors for several reasons: 1. prices are more competitive. 2. felt that Alex was very honest and upfront. 3. Alex took the time to explain the details in material and showed me samples. 4. Great customer service before and after completion.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The workers cleaned up after themselves and treated my home with care. There were some minor issues with a door lock and window but the company took care of it with no hassle. The material, paint and quality of work was excellent.
