Aedis Appraisals

Terrible to deal with! Paid 3400 for an appraisal! Never received a report - contacted several times. Was promised a copy by Ashley, then called by and spoke to a manager?? And told that they do not release directly to the paying customer and it’s up to the mortgage lender to release. This is now 4 weeks after I paid for the appraisal and never told I would not receive the appraisal from Aedis! Now told it is there policy! Where is the disclosure and informed consent. Now have my lawyer involved!

Had an appointment with Joe, he came to our house, took information. Charged my MasterCard $520 and we never even received a copy of our appraisal of our house. We were told a number but didn't receive a copy. We have attempted 3 times to contact Joe each week since he was here and still no response at all.
Would never call them again. I don't even believe his appraised value was correct. Paying for another one from a legit company.
Stay away from Aedis.

Contacted Aedis Appraisals to prepare a fair market value appraisal for a single family detached home in Arbutus Ridge. Jason was very prompt in responding to emails and arranged an appointment date in short order. One of Jason`s associates arrived to perform the appraisal inspection and it was done within 20-30 minutes. The only reason for dropping the rating to a 9 was because we were advised that we would receive the appraisal report within a couple days and it took almost a week. Otherwise, we would highly recommend Aedis Appraisals.
