After much research, I selected Turnbull Roofing to replace the roof of my home. Of all the estimates received, Steve was the only one to actually sit down and discuss the process, answer my questions and quite frankly as a single woman, I was so impressed that Steve spoke to me in a professional and respectful manner (not like I was "just a woman")!

Our existing roof was starting to show its age and we started the process of having various companies come by and provide estimates. After having 5-7 companies look at our roof we selected Turnbull Roofing to do the job as they took the time to explain what they were going to do and answered any and all questions we had. Steve was very patient and was a pleasure to deal with. Three weeks after we selected Turnbull as our roofing company, they had the roof installed on our home. We love the look of our new roof and the the job was completed in just over 4 hours. The only negative we found was the clean-up wasn't as thorough as we expected it to be. While we knew we would find a few stray nails here and there, obvious pieces of debris from the job were left on and around our property. All-in-all, we are satisfied with the look of our new roof.

As we travelled through Quebec on the hottest day of the summer, Steve called from the roof of the house we were selling, gave an estimate, discussed the process and promptly completed the work that day...polite, courteous and frank about costs and the job....great service- CRI

We recently needed our roof replaced, and settled on Turnbull Roofing. The general manager, Steve Turnbull, could not have been more courteous and professional in all of our dealings with him and his crew. He provided expert advice, and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. It was a big job (big roof and 2 skylights), but with their efficiency, they got the whole job done in 3 straight days, including a meticulous clean-up of the property. Just as key, the final bill matched Steve's job estimate to the penny!

They came tovmy house right after I need them. The owner himself fixed the part of the roof that was broken. I was very impressed with his politness, respect and professionalism. It is not usual in this field. In addition, he helped me with some debris I had to get ride of and put them in his car a no cost just to help me. Great job.
