This is our second time working with MacLeans! We decided to work with them a few years ago for our kitchen and it was a really great experience. Years later we are still happy! So when my partner said that he wanted to do the bathroom. There was only 1 company we would work with: MacLeans! Once again, they did a beautiful job. We just had a kitchen renovation done by MacLeans and we were really pleased with the finished product. Barb, Terry and the entire team were a pleasure to work with and, during the process, they did everything to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with how the job was progressing.
Barb was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful when we had to choose the fittings tiles, countertop, backsplash etc. When something didnt look like it was exactly what we wanted, she stepped in and made valuable suggestions. We never felt rushed and this certainly helped to reduce any stress we would have had in making these decisions.
The entire team worked quickly and efficiently. The demolition guys hung plastic to shield the areas around the kitchen from dust and they cleaned up after they finished. Peter did an excellent tiling job, Terry, Dave, Jamie and Trevor took their time to get everything just right to produce work of the highest quality. The result was a kitchen that exceeded our expectations.

If you are looking for a company to renovate your kitchen, look no further than MacLeans. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Barb was very patient with us during the design and decision making process. The work done by Terry, Dave, Trevor, Jamie and Peter was exceptional and of the highest quality.

Every other kitchen company who we received quotes from told us that our job would take about 12 weeks. MacLeans finished the same job in less than 4 weeks including demo, installation of new flooring, new
lighting, cabinets and countertops. And the quality of the work was exceptional.

We would not hesitate to recommend MacLeans to our family and friends and can honestly say that working with them was the best decision we made in the entire renovation project.

In January 2024 we had Macleans do a Kitchen reno which required a supporting wall removal. They also built walls for a new Butlers pantry and added a breakfast bar.
Each day around 9am Dave, Terry and Trevor would arrive ready to work- no time wasted ever. Their collective skills allowed the project to proceed quickly, which was so important as not having a kitchen is a pain. The communication between the guys , Barb in the office and us was exemplary. We were consulted whenever required which left no surprises.
The electrician Jamie and the LVP floor installer Peter were 'top drawer', and went beyond the call of duty.
We love our new kitchen and will be recommending MacLeans to all our friends.

We had a main floor renovation done by McLeans during the fall of 2023. We came into this very nervous as we have had a bad experience with a bathroom reno with another company, and starting a kitchen reno is like getting pregnant, everyone has a horror story to share. We are happy to say our experience with the McLean family was very positive, and we love our new main floor.
Once we designed what we wanted and picked the cabinets they had a door made to take home and see how it looked. Much to my dismay it looked so much more red in our home. We took it around and found floors and tiles etc that worked with it. But in the end it wasnt what I wanted. Barb helped me find a better colour and we started over and committed to the job. We were told 3-4 weeks which we didnt believe for a second. I was sure a job this big would be months.
From day one we saw how much customer service means to this company. The demo team came out and got to work. They put a massive fan with a filter on it to try and keep the mess down, they hung plastic everywhere. They took the walls to the studs, removed the floors, took out the powder room and the front closet. Then Terry, Dave and Travis came in to rebuild. They covered the floors that were being kept. They were beyond patient with all the questions and with the puppy. In fact he got quite a few treats. They were very friendly and responsive and kept us constantly informed with things going on. We sourced our own floors and were helpful organizing the timing for them to do their part. They showed up everyday to work and put in a long day leaving the construction zone cleaner then I would have imaginedy.
In spite of a problem with our island counter top at the source for the quartz we were quickly able to choose a new slab and in the end we are more then happy with it.
In the end the job was completed on time and on budget. We have been living with it for 3 months now and we love it. It is beautiful and functional. I would not hesitate to have them back to do another job.

I had heard of Macleans through a coworker and since I was planning to renovate my kitchen myself, I thought I would get a quote for my cabinets. They were very helpful in reviewing my design layout, made some suggestions to make things easier to install. When I received my order I was very impressed with the quality, so much better than the big box stores, real top notch, heavy duty cabinets and the paint finish was superb!!! I was so impressed that I ended up sourcing my countertops too.

My husband and I were ready to renovate our kitchen. A a co-worker had suggested Macleans as she had her kitchen recently renovated and was very happy with everything.

The MacLean team made the renovation process easy. Their workmanship is top notch. They are a pleasure to work with and always open and patient to our questions. Our renovation involved removing a wall between the old kitchen and dining room, required moving electrical outlets/central vac outlets, etc. We love our new kitchen. It has been two months since the kitchen was completed. We love the functionality and quality of the workmanship. Weve attached before and after photos.

Old kitchen was dysfunctional and stuck in the 1970's. Although large in size real estate-wise; it was poorly laid out. I had an idea of how I wanted to utilize the space and took it to Maclean's to confirm the layout and sizing . I loved their selection of cabinetry. hardware. backsplash and countertops. They built a masterpiece. installing the appliances. sink and taps. The other trades electrician and plumber were impressed with their craftsmanship and skills/ I would highly recommend them. They delivered on time and under budget.
