Ross and Erik are simply the best. Great dad and son who enjoy their work and aren't afraid to tackle any task. So friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. There were things in the old house we moved into that I simply thought I would have to live with, but it seems like there is nothing these two guys can't tackle. They did some much for us - from installing a new vent for the dryer, to changing locks, from installing new light fixtures to fixing old wooden drawers. And many more. Very efficient, handy and honest.

I needed the tiles in my bathroom replaced. The shower stall also needed to be re-caulked. I was really having difficulty finding someone but Ross was friendly, on time, professional and was efficient from the moment he arrived to the moment he left.

Ross came well prepared to work through my minor repairs list, including dismantling an old BBQ.

Our house has a very narrow driveway and when a car is parked we can't access our backyard unless we go through the house. I looked for two years for a contractor that would build a set of removable stairs and a gate off of our front porch. I can't express how wonderful it was to work with Ross. Having gone through a major home renovation in the past year I wish I would have found him sooner. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was courteous and responded to emails very quickly. He did the work exactly as I had asked and even suggested a few improvements. I never had to chase him to finish the work and he was proactive in contacting me to give me updates. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! If we ever have any work to be done on our home we will most definitely be contacting him again - I can't recommend him enough!

My go to guy purchased for me and then installed two "Reserved Parking" signs at my home. He was quick efficient and polite. I recommend him.

I have had the pleasure to use Ross and Erik in the past and was always very happy with their work. I recently had a major renovation done to my kitchen and unfortunately it turned out badly - the contractor had over extended himself and sacrificed the quality of my job so he could concentrate on bigger and more lucrative contracts. They did a lot of damage installing new counters to the floor and cabinet drawers and rushed through the backsplash installation. Trying to get them to come back and fix their work was impossible.
Thank goodness for Ross and Erik - they came, fixed the damaged flooring, replaced the badly installed tiles and grout, caulked the counters and bathtub, added the missing 1/4 round to the floor, added a new back splash to the bathroom sink with my left over tiles, and repaired a big hole in the wall around my electrical panel. Ross also removed some old soap dishes from the bathroom wall, with a minimum of damage, and successfully repaired the holes. They also did a number of smaller jobs that were very much top quality. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and look forward to using them in the future. They really saved my kitchen and bathroom!

Ross and Eric fitted me in for a quick appointment to replace a part on my toilet which wasn't shutting off and therefore using a lot of water. I had used them before for electrical and other plumbing problems and could not have been more pleased. They work so professionally together and are a fine example of what a father-son relationship should be.
