Ross and Eric did excellent work. Ross prepared a detailed estimate before beginning work. During the job, he offered alternative ways of proceeding with the tasks. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the work. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour.

Ross and his son spent the entire day at our house helping us get it ready to put on the market the following week. They trimmed hedges in the backyard, put up new light fixtures, fixed doors that wouldn't close etc! Basically they helped us wrap up a lot of odds and ends that we didn't have time for. I would definitely recommend his service.

Our front door had exterior paint that was cracked/falling off as a result of the cold weather we experienced last winter. We originally contacted a number of painters to remediate but none of them were willing to strip the paint completely off, prime it and apply paint again (or at least do it at a reasonable price). As a result, we started looking around for alternate service providers who would do the job properly without charging an arm and a leg. That's where Ross came into the picture. From the initial contact with him, it was clear that he is not only professional but also knowledgeable in the trade.

He assessed the problem and actually proposed the solution I was thinking of so we decided to move forward. Ross and Erik arrived as scheduled and walked me through what they were going to do. They ensured to keep the work area clean and did an excellent job in stripping the door, priming it and refinishing the front of my door. While they were here, I asked them to also look at a gap I had in my chain link fence and they were able to address that problem as well.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work that has been done and I would not hesitate to contact them again for handyman work that I do not have the time to do myself. Great job guys.

My whole experience with the Go - To Guy Handyman was excellent. Initial contact and communication was polite and timely. I was given date and estimated time of arrival. This was followed up on day of with a call that they were on route.
Once Ross and Eric arrived, they quickly came up with a couple of solutions to fix some broken cupboards. Their work was neat, organized and thorough. My cupboard doors are as good as new. Thank you Ross and Eric for a job well done! You are my new Go-To Guys.

Ross was a great pleasure to work with. He knows what he's doing, answers questions promptly and professionally, offered helpful suggestions in response to some other possible handyman projects we had, and is reasonably priced. This is the second job for which we hired Ross and we will happily use his services again when next we need some work done.

Ross was reliable and efficient. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done. A part of a toilet needed to be fixed as the toilet was continuously running and The kitchen cupboard door had to be taken away and fixed. The work was professionally completed in a timely fashion.

Ross and Erik did an amazing job fixing a huge hole in my ceiling and a leaking issue coming from our Juliet door. I cannot say enough about how personable, professional and honest they are. Erik did a great job with the dry wall and always cleaned up after he was done which was greatly appreciated. Ross took the time to check everything around the Juliet door to make sure everything was sealed properly to ensure the leak issue was dealt with which is a great sign of someone who is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The final comment I wanted to mention is how much I trust both of them. They never told me I needed more done than what was needed, they provided a more than reasonable quote and they took the time to keep checking up on our leak issue to make sure it was addressed. Both definitely are very knowledgeable and skilled with what they do. Hands down, a great customer experience and I would 100% recommend them to anyone as their Go2Guy.
