We found all people involved in recommending furnace & AC very professional, courteous and were prompt in responding to our questions. Sandip took the time to explain which units we should get and why (he was honest and sincere). He was also very prompt in responding to our queries by phone, text etc. He also assisted our friend who was having difficulty obtaining services, even though he had not purchased his unit through Sandip. This demonstrates his willingness to help even if he was not involved in selling of it.
Installers came on time and completed all installation properly. After installing it they explained how everything works.
