This is the third time I have purchased from Furnace King and their Home Comfort advisor Sandip Banerjee. It was a pleasure dealing with Sandip again as he is very knowledgeable about what our home needed and the products that his company sells.
I was very impressed with the installation of our new furnace. Joe and Michael were very efficient and kept cleaning up as they moved along. They were kind enough to answer all my questions as they progressed through the install. I was most pleased with the air intake and exhaust pipes they installed. It was a complicated run of piping through my garage and the pipes are no longer visible in my furnace room. I've gained a great deal of headroom around the furnace. The new unit is very quiet and compact, I look forward to seeing how it performs this winter.
This is my second furnace and one ac unit that I have purchased from Furnace King over the years and I have been happy with the service and after care I have received. As I have in the past, I will continue to recommend Furnace King to my friends and family.
