Joel was very courteous and extremely thorough, much more than I expected for a condo inspection. It was a reasonable price for the peace of mind I needed to go forward with the sale. As it was an old building, I was surprised at the level of knowledge he had about certain construction standards of the time and what it might take to get a certain something repaired.
