Cana Windows And Doors

In August 2016 we had five very old windows replaced by Cana Windows and Doors. Wayne and Bruno provided excellent service and installation. The new windows are great and we are extremely pleased. Thanks Cana!

I purchased 2 doors from Cana. From the onset, the service was exceptional. Susan, the sales rep came to my home on my schedule and answered several email questions after the visit.
Installation was sooner than expected. Installation crew of Jeff and Neil arrived promptly and just by watching their interactions, it was obvious that they took their work seriously. Both were professional yet personable. When I mentioned that I was concerned with settling due to the age of my home, Jeff stated that all I had to do was call Cana and they would return to adjust. Even several years later.
I am very happy with the work done and the cost was comparable to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend.

We own a 40 year old Viceroy home with Pella Windows throughout. We needed to replace our entry door, a patio door and several windows. We are very meticulous and picky. This is the second time that we have gone to Cana Windows to completely install all of our windows and continue to be absolutely 100% impressed with the quality of the product, installation and staff. For us it started with the first home that we were upgrading and discovering the confusion that comes into play about types of windows, quality and price points. One of our neighbours had just had Cana Windows install all of the windows in their house, which was very similar to ours, and the price was much less than what we had been quoted by the competition. He introduced us to the folding handles for the window crank and the unique but fantastic magnetically held window screens (Brilliant!). When we purchased this time we were offered true triple glazed windows with a lifetime warranty. We had the competition give us quotes with only double pain windows and only opening on one side (ours are both sides) and they could not come close!
It seems that for every window and door project that we look out for a competitive quote, we always conclude working with Wayne and Cana Windows as the right choice. A couple of years ago Wayne helped use with a new front door. Again, no pressure, he takes his time, listens, and delivers what he promised.

Wayne was absolutely amazing and so where the installers ( Mario and Crew ) . Had a great experience from Sales to the install . High quality products at a reasonable price . We replaced 9 windows , a front door and a Patio door . Everything was complete in 2 days with no mess whatsoever . I highly recommend CANA Windows and Wayne as your Sales associate . I also recommend Mario as the installer . Truly professional and friendly folks . Way to go Cana . You deserve some praise here !!
