furnace not working and called reliance homecomfort for repair. Tech came but need to order surface igniter and it will take days to deliver. Searched homestars and found airemax with high rating. Called and talked to Max January 2, 2018 at 330pm and said he will come between 7-8pm. Came 7:15pm with parts and easily fixed furnace. Noted unusual noise coming from vent/motor side, opened panel and removed plastic making unusual noise and replaced missing cover screw. Paid fair price as agreed before. Max very professional. Hassle free. Highly recommended. Don't waste your time looking for honest and skilled tech. Just call Max.

Some of people waiting for couple of days in cold weather for service and couldn't get that but they pay every month for service plan. We try give service to customer ASAP even on holidays
