Max repaired our furnace 2 years ago - Reliance not able to provide part to fix. New Years eve and need to shutdown furnace due to gas leak. I called Max 7:30 am January 1 and came at 11 am as promised to check furnace. Explained clearly my options and decided to replace the furnace and install humidifier. Came on time January 2 to replace the furnace. Job very clean. Max even fixed faulty A/C duct installation for free. Very professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Will call Max this coming spring to check A/C.

Thanks for the review I am having business with us for more than couple of years, Your carrier furnace was leaking and it was good Opportunity to receive rebates from Carrier for replace with new carrier furnace, you received $700 prepaid MasterCard because you replace Carrier with Carrier and Furnace.Any time you are at your service

Came home december 28 furnace not working and home 5C. Called reliance homecomfort and had service appointment for december 29 between 1-5pm. December 29 called reliance 3x to confirm if tech is coming it is already 5pm and they cannot get hold of their tech and then asked if i want to resched for tomorrow and i said no. Tech came after 6pm and said need to order Surface igniter and promised it will be available January 1, 2018. Considering January 1 holiday i already conditioned myself that service will be done January 2, 2018. January 2, 2018, no call received from reliance or tech for any updates. Called them x3 and spoke with CRS supervisor saying for sure Jan. 3 first service call in the morning tech will be in my home to fixed the problem. January 3 @ 930am still no call for update, called reliance and able to connect with tech saying give him 1 hour to get parts. Do not trust them anymore, cancelled service call and called Aire Max and came with parts and fixed problem in 30 minutes. I do not know how reliance homecomfort is getting their parts but not to get surface igniter between december 29-January 3 is uncomprehensible. Very Unreliable Reliance Homecomfort. Cancelled my monthly service plan, what a waste of money and time.

furnace not working and called reliance homecomfort for repair. Tech came but need to order surface igniter and it will take days to deliver. Searched homestars and found airemax with high rating. Called and talked to Max January 2, 2018 at 330pm and said he will come between 7-8pm. Came 7:15pm with parts and easily fixed furnace. Noted unusual noise coming from vent/motor side, opened panel and removed plastic making unusual noise and replaced missing cover screw. Paid fair price as agreed before. Max very professional. Hassle free. Highly recommended. Don't waste your time looking for honest and skilled tech. Just call Max.

As you explained on review some companies offer service plan which at Aire Max we are not agree to this . Some of people waiting for couple of days in cold weather for service and couldn't get that but they pay every month for service plan. We try give service to customer ASAP even on holidays
