RoadRunners Moving & Storage

OK first off I have a lot of stuff - lots of difficult stuff to move for an average three bedroom house. I have a full bedroom set of solid ash furniture (nice and heavy)! I have a fully built office with six large 8-foot tall bookshelves! I have a full gym in my basement - and not just one machine. We're talking about a bench press, lat down machine, punching bag, roman chair, leg press, treadmill, bike and about 1000 lbs in weights! And I also moved my washer, dry and freezer too! Ohh and I have a older 65" rear projection TV which needs to be split into two pieces to go anywhere ... I have so much stuff RoadRunners had to do two trips with their 26" truck to get it all in and both trips the truck was pretty much full - 16 hours in total!! They did so without breaking or damaging a single item and with no complaints. They wrapped every piece of furniture in thick blankets, took apart furniture for easy moving, brought wardrobe boxes for my clothes and did the move with a level of professionalism and care that went way beyond what I was expecting! I care about my stuff and I can honestly say that if you do too you should let RoadRunners orchestrate your move! They were ontime, professional, careful, well-priced, personable and overall just a great group of guys to spend a - what could have been a stressful - day with! Best moving experience possible!

Brendon and Paul were organized and well prepared when moving contents of my condominium. They were fast, efficient and most importantly, on time. They handled every item with extreme care. My storage unit was strategically & carefully packed. I am in the real estate business & will definitely refer them to my clients. Thank you for a most pleasant experience.

Had to move an antique dining-room table last min. from a tricky cul-du-sac street to an area in Cedarvale/York where the streets are directionally varying one ways. Roadrunners were on time, efficient, trustworthy,competitively priced, and really nice guys. If you're looking for a stress-free move call them. Got to them through referral and have already passed on their info.

We needed help moving out of our condo and called a few places recommended on Homestars for quotes. After speaking with a few other companies who said they'd follow-up with other info and never did we called RoadRunners. They promptly emailed their quote and gave the option for either a flat rate or hourly rate and we decided to go with them. A few days later there ended up being a mixup with elevator times at the condo and when we called RoadRunner to reschedule on a Sunday evening we were happily surprised that someone answered and told us it was no problem to change the time.

When the day arrived Brendon & Paul arrived with all their packaging gear and were friendly and courteous. They laid down red mats to prevent scratching up the floors and took a lot of care wrapping up our furniture and loading it into the elevator and then the truck. The same care was taken when they delivered the items to our new destination and everything arrived in great shape. We would definitely use RoadRunners again and will recommend them to family and friends.

I was moving from a house to a fourth floor walk up. The guys were stellar. They moved everything - even the huge old tv on a swivel base - as if they weighed nothing - they joked about the stairs being a good workout! Even the cat got moved in a box ... that's another story!! Overall, I was impressed with their good cheer, work ethic,efficacity and team work. They brought extra boxes for me, wrapped up my artwork and treated all my items with respect. When it looked like we were going to go over the time we'd alloted, Paul drew my attention to it. They provided extra boxes and tape. Nothing got broken. I can't recommend them highly enought

I just came to know Brendon and Paul, two excellent guys from Roda Runners Moving and Storage incidentally. They are friendly, helpful, careful,trustworthy and real professional! Most people have unpleasant experience with movers. I believe they are an exception. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a for a worry free moving.

I have to say how much I appreciated your help with my move. As a single mother with a 2 bedroom house to move, it was overwhelming doing it on my own. You both came in and took great care of my things, everything was wrapped & packed properly with zero damage. The move went very smooth and quicker than expected.

Your honesty with pricing is greatly appreciated as well. You were up front about the cost and what fees you do & don't charge, which is not always easy to find with a moving company.

I have already passed your name along to a co-worker and will continue to do so.

First of all Teddy and I would like to thank you and the two other young men that moved us on July 29, 2010 from Scarborough to Whitby.

As you know we were very cautious when we were making the decision to choose a moving company and we voiced our concerns with you about the many stories that were circulation around in the media at that time regarding fraudulent companies. We, however, made the decision to use your moving company due to the fact that we always like to support young people who show motivation and initiative. Even though yours was not the lowest estimate, on July 29, you proved yourself as a reputable company.

We must say that your company did a great job and we were amazed to see 4 young men work so well together with such team spirit. You also went above and beyond the call of duty, e.g. getting rid of our garbage without any hesitation.

We must also mention that we did not have one broken item in 3 truck loads.

We would recommend you any day to our family and friends should they require moving services.

I recently recieved a letter of advertisement in the mail from RoadRunners Moving & Storage offering their services. And while I was sceptical about engaging the services of a moving company I didn't know, I hesitantly gave them a call. My call was returned promtly by one of thier consultans who gave me a brief overview of what they could do for me. The consultant was friendly and reassured me that they would provide me with a free in-home estimate with no obligation to hire their services.

The young friendly owners arrived at my door on time and provided me with a step by step assessment of what my anticipated move would cost. I also recieved two additional quotes, and although RoadRunners' quote was somewhere in the middle, they by far outweighed the two other moving companies with the way in which they handeled the in'home estimate.

My move went smoothly, withough any hiccups and I would not hesitate to recommend RoadRunners to my friends and family.
