The team working in my move was very professional and friendly. They worked quickly, and overall very careful with all the furniture. The only "problem" was that they arrived an hour later than agreed. Understandable, given the current traffic situation in the GTA. Having said that, I was only charged the hours they worked + the agreed charge for gas. The delay did not compromise the work at all.
