Fedor was excellent to deal with - a real pro. I left a voice message and he called back the very next day, and came to check out the site a day later. He suggested he could do the work within the next week, which I just assumed was an empty promise to land the job. I was wrong about that - he showed up exactly when he said he would. What I learned about Fedor is that he keeps his promises and shows up when he says he will. What a refreshing change from most contractors! He had finished the work before any competitors ever called back. He and his crew did a very neat job and were very skilled, efficient and polite. After the work was done, I called back for a couple of other things, and these were taken care of right away. Fedor & Aquamaster delivered a level of customer service exceeded all my expectations. If you are considering any drainage or waterproofing work, I highly recommend you call Fedor and Aquamaster first.

I have gotten Auqamasters to do some major waterproofing and in-ground plumbing work in the past (6 yrs ago) and haven’t had issues since. My sump pump was damaged recently (my fault). I called Fedor and he sent Vasyl to replace it for me the next day. They always do a professional quality job. They truly care about the work they do for clients. I have recommended them to friends, and my friends have been pleased as well. They are an honest company truly care about their clients plumbing and water issues. Thanks again guys.

The Aquamaster team is absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to diagnose and correct the problem that I had with my basement plumbing caused by old pipes and persistent tree roots. I cannot say enough good things about this team - Highly recommend.

The crew doing the waterproofing was polite, courteous and, as far as I could tell, thorough. Cleaned up the site nicely after they were done.

I was impressed enough by their work I had them do the backflow valve also- which also was done nicely.

Work was done Sept 2019 and as of Jan 2020, despite our torrential rains, basement still dry.

We hired Aquamaster to help us with our new basement kitchen plumbing installation. We chose Aquamaster once again because of our previous worry-free experience with hem as well as their very competitive quote. As soon as the project started the initial scope of work had to be updated to include the foundation wall waterproofing (the existing wet spots were identified by the Aquamaster team member after the existing drywall was removed). Having our renovation schedule already preset we did not have to worry about additional work coordination, since Aquamaster is a "one stop" company for plumbing, waterproofing and general renovation services. We were astounded with the quality of their work, daily progress, organization and site cleanliness. Separate gratitude to Fedor, who's management/coordination work made this project seamless.

Fedor and his team excavated the basements of my 3 townhouses, underpinned the foundations and waterproofed them. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He and his team did a good job.

Aquamaster and Fedor are by far the best. I received quotes after meeting with most of the competitors. Only Fedor had the deep expertise and vision to solve our drainage challenge. Nobody else had a comprehensive plan. We have an irregular lot in the back and cannot change the neighbour’s slope. Very large perimeter required full excavation and waterproofIng to foundation, replace 50+ year old weeping tile, surface drains and catch basins, heating coils, clean out; sump pump and storm water back water valve. Downspouts and storm line were carefully checked by camera inspection. Side steps were in bad shape and they were repaired with new underpinning and parged. If that is not enough, I added a job to fix a wall leak. The team diligently found the source of the leak in the kitchen. Entirely new pipes were installed with proper clean out. Even after I paid, Fedor insisted on having his workers come back to do a second final clean up of the property. Work was highly professional and Fedor was always available onsite or by text and phone at any time.

Had waterproofing done for my semi-detached home and installed a sump pump. They did an excellent job, Fedor was very responsive. They nudged a downspout of our eavestrough in the backyard a bit. It was already loose, but the extra nudge caused it to tear a bit. I called and mentioned it to them. They fixed it very quickly and without extra charge. I'm very satisfied with the work Aquamaster provided.

I needed to have about 15 feet of my basement waterproofed. Fedor gave me a very fair quote and even honoured the price almost a year later. His team provide excellent workmanship and professionalism. Instead of ripping out my bushes (which were several feet away from the house but it would have made it easier for their work if they did remove them, they worked around them to protect nearby trees. They protected the neighbours AC unit, my laws with tarps and power washed my walkway to clear away the mud.

Aquamaster was very professional and provided us with a high quality of service. They were on time and cleaned up everyday when finished. As well, the owner and staff were honest and pleasant, and their pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend Aquamaster!!!
