After completing a brick replacement project, at first I was satisfied until it was pointed out to me that the job looked very amature as they did not bother to colour match the mortar. I live in an older house with dark grey mortar...they used light, bright grey which stands out terribley. I called the sales person, who promissed to call me back and then did not. I then called the main office customer service, and they promised to look into the matter and call me back...they did not either. I do not recommend this company at all.

Had them rebuild my chimney, they found a close color for the new bricks.They were very well priced, they worked untill dusk and tryed to finnish, but in the day light found they missed a few spots. They came back the next day and took care of the rest. Happy with the end result

I just wanted to write a quick review regarding your services. Normally I don't do this, but I felt it would not be fair to work with such a great company and not share my great experience with others.

I read the reviews below, and I agree with the positive feedback regarding your customer service. From the original estimate, I could tell immediately that working with your firm was going to be a stress free experience.

When I started shopping around for quotes, I received verbal pricing, prices written on business cards and one company even wrote it on a napkin (shame on you). When you provided me with a typed estimate, within 10 minutes, I knew you were the company I was going to choose. You were not the cheapest company, but you were not the most expensive either (your price was in between).

The greatest complement I can give your company, is that you did exactly what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. Best of all, since the project finished quicker than scheduled, you provided me with a customer appreciation discount of $100.00 dollars (that really made my day).

I often read other reviews about companies online, and I'm never really sure if they are exaggerated or not, so I wont go into too much detail. I would like to take this opportunity to advise what a fabulous experience it has been dealing with Image Enhanced. Right from the first contact with a curbside inspection report left in our mailbox by Adam through to the end result. The report was so thorough and convincing. I felt that I would be crazy not to call for the free no obligation estimate. The estimator, John, came out on time as they promised they would. The estimate was very reasonable (again, just left in the mailbox so we felt no pressure whatsoever). We decided to get the work done. After contacting Image Enhanced the staff told us what the next steps were and when we could expect contact again. We were surprised when the office called to ask if they could start a week earlier than scheduled. Who has ever had a contractor do that? Next we get another call advising that the technician would show us the bricks he chose to ensure that the match was what we expected. WOW....our house is over 50 years old and the match was perfect! This brings me to the actual work itself. What an amazing job your technicians did! They were polite, courteous and worked very hard to ensure that everything was done within the time frame committed to. Then in the end they cleaned everything up...even dusted our bushes at the front of the house. We couldn't even tell they had been there. I guess the best compliment we can give your craftsmen is that you can't tell where they repaired and what was original on the house. Bravo, well done! I'm posting this review because I feel that others need to know that there are contractors out there like Image Enhanced. I highly recommend them and we will calling them in the future to get other work done. We will certainly recommend Image Enhanced to our neighbours and friends. What a refreshing experience!

It seems like it’s becoming harder and harder to find good, honest companies that you can trust these days. I have found myself becoming more and more skeptical over the years since I have had bad experiences with not one, but several contractors in the past. But, with your company it was different. The way that you provided a clear, easy to read typed estimate, friendly customer service and overall professionalism left me speechless. Yes, from what I have experienced over the years – it is evident that your company has set a new bar for all residential construction companies in the Greater Toronto Area.
