After completing a brick replacement project, at first I was satisfied until it was pointed out to me that the job looked very amature as they did not bother to colour match the mortar. I live in an older house with dark grey mortar...they used light, bright grey which stands out terribley. I called the sales person, who promissed to call me back and then did not. I then called the main office customer service, and they promised to look into the matter and call me back...they did not either. I do not recommend this company at all.

Mortar joints and bricks that are subjected to salt or calcium during the wintertime often turn white (in most cases, the repointing of the mortar between the bricks is required. Moreover, in the most extreme cases the discoloured bricks may even need to be replaced in order to restore the original appearance of your home). Please avoid using salt or calcium on your masonry as it is very harmful to all stone, brick or tile.
