2 technicians showed up; one moved from vent to vent during the operation while the other vaccuumed and cleaned the entire furnace; including the condenser for the air conditioning unit (hence the higher than avg. cost).

Both were light-hearted, polite and very professional. On top of great personalities - they were also very observant of any of the household items that may have needed to be moved in order to access any of the ducts.

Lastly - having 2 techs on the job meant that it was done quickly. Not a lot of time spent with just one tech running up and down stairs all day long.

I hired Orsan Air Services for a duct cleaning project at my home. Technicians were very professional, friendly and knoledgeable. Hey we're also punctual and treated my home respectfully.

Extremely professional. Listened to the problems we were having with air circulation in the house and diagnosed why this was happening. Suggested adding a cold air return in basement to maximum cooling in summer months.

Taylor & Tom did an excellent job in cleaning our home air ducts. They arrived on time with the proper equipment and tools to do the work. They were both respectful and careful in setting up the vacuum and air hoses in our house. When the cleaning was completed they reinstalled all the air registers and cleaned up behind them.

The 2 service people (Taylor and Tom) did a fantastic, thorough job and explained to me along the way what they were doing. They also had some suggestions for us as a family (some very dirty ducts because we were blocking some grates)...
