From the moment I spoke to Frank the owner he was personable, informative and very knowledgeable on their service. I knew they were the right company to hire. He offered Taylor to investigate a hidden vent flap while he was here. Taylor and Tom arrived on time and were a great team to do the service in our home very professional and informative as well. Taylor who has experience in the HVAC field found one of our hidden vents to allow Heat and air in one of bedrooms after 20+ years of not knowing where the flap was. I’m so happy with their service I would highly recommend hiring them and we be using them in the future for future cleanings. They cleaned our vents, dryer, and found hidden vent. So impressed by the whole team start to finish.

Taylor arrived right on schedule and did a great job of cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. He was very thorough and pointed out a couple of deficiencies in our ductwork and how to manage the problems. (These were existing conditions that had never been brought to our attention by previous duct cleaning companies!) Taylor found a serious problem with our dryer vent and was able to repair it. We are very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Orsan Air Services.

We had Taylor and Tom do our house after a major reno, on day 1 we already felt a difference in air quality. I was home at the time and was pretty astonished at the sounds that they were sucking out of my vents. They have really heavy duty equipment and are passionate about what they do. Our dryer technician last week recommended duct cleaning so we turned to Orsan for a dryer vent clean and a duct clean for the entire house. Both technicians arrived ahead of time and were so friendly and helpful explaining the process. I decided to add on a new furnace reusable filter at the end which did bring the cost up by 150 however with the much improved air flow it only made sense. The dryer vent was literally jammed with 6 ft of bird nest and assorted materials. Well worth the cost considering this is a service I would do every 3 to 5 years. No worry now about dryer vent fires or low volume air flow. Very very happy!
