2 technicians showed up; one moved from vent to vent during the operation while the other vaccuumed and cleaned the entire furnace; including the condenser for the air conditioning unit (hence the higher than avg. cost).
Both were light-hearted, polite and very professional. On top of great personalities - they were also very observant of any of the household items that may have needed to be moved in order to access any of the ducts.
Lastly - having 2 techs on the job meant that it was done quickly. Not a lot of time spent with just one tech running up and down stairs all day long.
