Toronca built my backyard deck a couple of weeks back and overall we are completely satisfied by their professionalism, attitude and honesty. They came on the day promised and completed on time as they had promised. They also accommodated last minute changes and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction with their work. Overall a great company and helpful people. I would strongly recommend them.

Toronca built a fence for me and my neighbors last year end of the summer. We had 3 quotes with Toronca being highly competitive. I chose Toronca based on Ersin's professionalism, customer service, patience with all the undeciding neighbors, and honesty. The work took a bit longer than anticipated to complete, but we were happy with the job. We decided this year to have them built a Pergola. Mar.20 we signed the contract and paid a deposit. We were given a time frame of 10 days to 2 weeks to completion. The following week we were hit with some bad weather, snow, below freezing temperatures. I understood when nothing happened. 3 weeks later I contacted Ersin about an approximate start date as I was sure they were way behind schedule. Its now been 5 weeks, since they restarted,5, of broken promises, never showing up when he says I'll be there in an hour. I call, text, everyday. Excuses, promises, he never shows up. I have asked them to simply either return deposit or just make holes and pour concrete, keep the deposit, still nothing!! Today I called again, he was on his way at 11:34, its now 7:12pm and no show. Not sure what happened, I had total confidence in Ersin, I guess a Pergola really doesn't make him any money. I'm now out $200 with nothing to show. I'll be the BBB complaint.

Ersin and his team built a deck for me couple of weeks back. Overall, great workmanship and cost. They were very professional, on time, and accommodated many changes even at the last minute. Overall, extremely satisfied with their service.

I called Toronca after seeing some fences they had put up in the area. Adam came out and gave us a quote, which was highly competitive. The job was started a couple of weeks later (due to weather) but was finished promptly. All garbage was hauled away and fence looks great.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Adam's customer service as well as the quality of the fence itself. I am happy to see others in the neighbourhood using this company for their fence jobs. I would highly recommend.

During April 2015 I hired this company to build a fence and deck. The construction was done satisfactorily but I believe with sub-standard materials. The fence posts (6x6) have large cracks. A number of the boards on the deck are cracked and are splintering. I had to nag the company to compete the final transparent portion of the deck. The owner of the company examined the bad boards and despite numerous promises to replace/repair them has never come to do so. I find the company quick to the perform the construction but reluctant to repair any shortcomings.

We had a couple companies come in and provide a quote..Toronca has very competitive pricing. They are very professional, NEAT and quick (weather permitting of course)... Great communication and most of all great customer service. No wonder they are building most of the fences in our area. They were able to accommodate last minute changes without any hassle or ridiculous fees ... Overall great experience and I would recommend.. Great Job :)

This is my first time to use TorOnCa service. Out of 3 fence quotations, TorOnCa is the most competitive based on the same user requirement (e.g. full privacy fencing, concrete grade, 6"x6" post, 4' deep concrete foundation, etc.). TorOnCa was responsive to my enquiries via phone and email. It was finally finished in about 2 weeks with good workmanship. I am completely satisfied with TorOnCa to do fence work :-)

I found out about this company through my sister, who had her fencing done by them. They did fencing for her entire neighbourhood and it looked very good, so I decided to call them up. My neigborhood is a new build as well and everyone needed fencing done, so I decided to get the ball rolling. I called Ersin, the owner, and he was very polite and professional. He came out in a reasonable amount of time and provided quotes for everyone interested. His prices are good and there were no hidden costs, everything clearly outlined in the contract. Before the fencing commenced, a neighbour got Toronca to build a 12x16 deck for them. It looked really good, so I got Ersin to provide me a quote as well. The price was reasonable and so I went ahead with it. The deckers, a father and son, were friendly and completed the deck in a day. They made great design recommendations and were neat and tidy. About a week later the fencing started. Posts went up in a day and a few days later the crew returned to finish the entire fencing for 8 houses in a day. I am very happy with the way it turned out. The design is great and the workmanship top notch. Even the gate, insert and latches were all heavy duty and of high quality. I am extremely happy with the deck and fence and have recommended this company to family and friends.

This company is highly unreliable. Don't hire this guy. He never kept his words. It will last the whole summer to finish his job.He signed the contract then disappeared. You and you neighborhood have to chase him everyday, everyweek, everymonth.
