Toronca built a fence for me and my neighbors last year end of the summer. We had 3 quotes with Toronca being highly competitive. I chose Toronca based on Ersin's professionalism, customer service, patience with all the undeciding neighbors, and honesty. The work took a bit longer than anticipated to complete, but we were happy with the job. We decided this year to have them built a Pergola. Mar.20 we signed the contract and paid a deposit. We were given a time frame of 10 days to 2 weeks to completion. The following week we were hit with some bad weather, snow, below freezing temperatures. I understood when nothing happened. 3 weeks later I contacted Ersin about an approximate start date as I was sure they were way behind schedule. Its now been 5 weeks, since they restarted,5, of broken promises, never showing up when he says I'll be there in an hour. I call, text, everyday. Excuses, promises, he never shows up. I have asked them to simply either return deposit or just make holes and pour concrete, keep the deposit, still nothing!! Today I called again, he was on his way at 11:34, its now 7:12pm and no show. Not sure what happened, I had total confidence in Ersin, I guess a Pergola really doesn't make him any money. I'm now out $200 with nothing to show. I'll be the BBB complaint.
