This started in early Sep 2013. It's now November and our railings are still not completed!
When our railings were not installed correctly, as identified by another well known railing company, I was told in a very RUDE and unprofessional email from Laird's to find someone else to retrofit the stringers. Also, the posts were not the same heights, and spindles were unevenly spaced out. Finally, Laird's came out and finished PART of the job.
It is now NOVEMBER 2013 and the job is still not done!!!

If you can't stand behind your product and FOLLOW UP, get out of the business. They won't return any of my calls.

The raling is still not fixed. choose another supplier!!!

Laird's worked with us to choose the appropriate railings for some tricky spots in our home. The style was not typical and neither was the size but they made it look amazing. They were patient with our indecision and didn't push. We are so pleased!
