After 1 year possession, no Garage yet

Already 1 year after possession and they didn-'t finalize my Garage.
They are building new homes to sell but they don't care to finish what they alreadt selled
Very disappointed
As you can see on the pictures, my deck's stairs it's in front of my house since October.
I'm really sorry for who is planning to buy houses with them.

The Deck stairs still on the side of the house.
This company really don't care for their clients
