Purchased through wagjag as well. Courteous team. No extra fees as our home was small. They did charge $70 for option to clean furnace. They were on time and didn't take too long. No before and after images provided.

Visual inspections of your interior ducts are done with the customer and also we can use a snake camera or digital camera to take a picture for the customer at no additional charge.
