Buyers beware! This owner will falsify information to get you to buy his products. I recently purchased a hot tub in October 2020 and his website and he states that his hot tubs are energy efficient and so are the covers that come with them. They most certainly are not! My bill has gone up to 200$ just for one month from 130$(an average of 70 per month on months that are relatively warm at -5 to -8, the Canadian average is 52.50 Buyers beware! My bill has gone up to 200$ just for one month from 130$(an average of 70 per month on months that are relatively warm at -5 to -8, the Canadian average is 52.50 per month year round at a higher energy cost and more usage than what I use right now.)! The hot tub itself was not fully spray foamed on the internal shell and he just threw some insulated blankets on the inside to compensate for it. He also stated that the cover provided was rated for extreme weather but there is no label on it to verify. When I initially bought off him they sold me a used model which needed to be a specific size for my deck. When it was supposed to be delivered he called me and told me that it was actually a different model I purchased and that the one they were going to deliver was smaller and OLDER!. Then he tried to sell it to me for the same price!!!! THIS IS THE OWNER DOING THIS (Brent!!) When we finally worked it out he sold me a new model for cheaper and told me it is a "Great, energy efficient model!" Well about 500$ in added expense to my electric bill over the course of 4 months states otherwise. Steer clear of this guy and his shady business! He do and say anything to get a sale, and even if you change your mind...nope! You are locked in once you place a deposit. He will only ever give good customer service if you write a bad review about his business or complain to BBB. Go anywhere else, just not here, save yourself the headache.
