Dynasty Spas Calgary & Brent Marshal
After purchasing a 2 year old floor model from Brent Marshal at Dynasty Spas in Calgary... The spa did not hold water! leaked 6-8" a day. 7 service calls and the Dynasty Tech threw in the towel.... Turns out it is really a 5 year old trade in that froze at the previous owners.
While trying to get this fixed we have never been treated so poorly by any business ever. Brent Marshal's solution was to give us a smoking deal on a new spa but he would not accept return of the tub he sold us that didn't hold water. (even tho it came with a 2 year warranty)
In court now and get this.... Dynasty has 9 other small claims actions on the go!!! Wish we did some reasearch before we bought anything from Dynasty Spas or Brent Marshal.
