Charge $400 for a 5 minute battery change
I thought there was a problem in my thermostat circuitry. I call Harding and it takes them 2 hours to arrive. The employee proceeds to take check the batteries which appear to be dead (I thought my thermostat was powered through AC). He then asks me for batteries (which he should have had but asked my to provide). after 5 minutes of service, he charges me $400.
