Lenni Walton and Jodi priced, measured and installed our new safety pool cover and closed our pool. They have been absolutely fabulous in every way. When I originally called, Lenni talked to me for twenty minutes, explaining about warranties, installation and every aspect of this product which was totally new to us. He came the same day to measure and price the product and it was installed yesterday. I can't say enough about his courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. We are totally at ease with his work and are delighted with the installation in every way.

My husband and I met with several companies to discuss estimates of a safety cover and a new liner purchase. Most of the companies that came out couldn't answer ALL of our questions. The we met Lenni Walton of Premier Pool Group, not only did he answer all of our questions and concerns, but he explained in detail of how, why, what and when everything about out pool, the water chemistry, the heater, the pump on so on so forth. He is a true professional when it comes to knowing about his business, the products he sells and recommends, the reasons behind every purchase which is worth the real money savings on chemicals and also from a maintenance point of view too. We immediately knew we were both comfortable with Premier Pool Group and our investment. Lenni measured our pool for the safety cover right then and there on the spot and came back with a exact price for both the new safety cover and the installation price. Not a cent more! That week we also had him replace our vinyl liner. He did everything from A to Z and kept our property very clean during the renovation period. Our payment expectation and agreement was in writting for both parties and nothing was over looked. I would recommend Lenni Walton and Premier Pool Group to anyone interested in doing any renovation with their pool equipment, he is a top notch professional and very easy to get along with. My backyard is his backyard!

I found Premier Pool Group through Kijiji and liked what I read as apposed to the other ads. Lenni Walton answered the call on his cell phone within a couple of rings and we discussed my situation. We were buying a new home and wanted a inspection before we proceeded. Lenni inspected our pool, listed what needed to be replaced, what was missing and what was perfectly fine. After we bought the home, we called him again and asked him to give us a quote on a new liner as we did not like the looks of the one in the pool of the new home we just purchased. He informed me during our meeting in my backyard that the liner was only approximately 6 years old and that there was nothing wrong with it.

I simply did not like the pattern as it looked like rocks were in my pool, so we sat down and went through several different pattern and also discussed installing a safety cover while we were waiting for the liner to be made. The one you can walk on in the winter, as we have a dog and I don't want her falling into the pool. The next day he sent me a written estimate as we discussed, including the breakdown of payments and the schedule of when things would happen to begin.

Lenni not only surpassed my expectation, but was willing to go out of his way to answer all my questions by phone, email, and in person as our schedules are so busy. He is a honest, hard working business man and has the most adorable children. Keith, Maddison, & Tye you're more than welcome to come over for a swim anytime you little darlings.

I cannot begin to thank Lenni Walton of Premier Pool Group for such a lovely job they did from begining to end. Very clean & professional in appearance, the way they work, tools were always neatly put away at the end of the day, garbage was never left on my property at any point and I enjoy a care free pool daily. I am looking at having friends and family over more often now, and Lenni is apart of our family now too.

I am a new pool owner and have had a great deal of difficulty finding a pool company that either answered their phone or dealt with a issue i might have with the pool quickly and efficiently. Leni is a true professional who kept his word, went out of his way to deal with my problem and took the time to answer all my questions. Found Lenni through a neighbour, he was on time for our appointment and very informative of what I needed. My pool liner was 16 years old and needed replacing. He drained the pool, measured it, and within 3 days I was swimming again. We converted our chlorine pool to salt and love how clean and trouble free it now is. All I needed to do was go swimming and enjoy my family time during our reunion a week later.
