Thank you Terry, always a pleasure, please feel free to call us anytime
Thank you Emily, always a pleasure working for great clients such as yourself. Hope you're enjoying the season
Hello Mario this is Lenni rsponding
I'm sorry you found our services to be disappointing this season as the past 7 years you've been a great client, also the client whom calls constantly with questions nonstop ever season and we gladly respond to immediately by phone, text or email when you do. In response to your comments above let me clarify again your services so that the readers of Homestars can get the full picture here as to what yours claims are about.
Our pool opening charges are $325 plus HST as they have been for the past several years with no increases. You pool has a water bag cover on it over the winter, therefore once the cover is removed the water lever is below the skimmer and the system cannot be started immediately as you need to fill the pool up with your garden hose to the correct level so that we can return and start the system up once the pool is full to the correct level. During the follow up service call we send 1 technician to start your system and also include a vacuum of your pool as needed and balance your water chemistry at no extra cost to you.
When you ordered a solar blanket it is not included in the opening cost, nor the follow up courtesy call to clean your pool and start the system up. This is a additional charge as we explained via email for a service call. The additional clips that hold your solar blanket on was $11.99 as your old ones were not in good condition and needed to be replaced. The service call was $89 for 2 technicians to go over to your home and remove the old solar blanket and unscrew the old clips and reattached the new clips and solar blanket. We also custom cut your solar blanket so that it would properly fit inside your pool so it would last longer than the one you bought and installed a few years back.
As for your comment about us never being on time, we never give out a exact time, only a date and say we will call you once were on our way over as each pool has several different situations and some take longer than other for various reasons. As a example, you yourself have left your own power breaker turned off in the past by mistake so we could not turn your system on when we returned, however you didn't get a invoice for those times as a courtesy of a simple mistake you made however I'm still paying my staff to sit there and wait for you to return home to provide us with power although our email at the beginning of the season states what all is needed before we get there as a check list for you.
As for Jodie (my wife) or any of our staff here at Premier Pool Group whom all have a minimal 5 years experience before we hire them, they all complete their jobs as our call sheets indicate if there is any further work required or not, everything is cleaned up before leaving and they are all professional and in uniforms.
We hope that we can resolve any issues you may have however if you decide to not use our services any more we wish you all the best with your new provider and I personally want to thank you for the years of service you've allow us to work on your pool.

Checking on a previous pool company's work and checking the pool pump
Dawn has posted several negative facts and we've tried to reach out to her but no responce.
She's claimed her neighbours over heard me speaking to someone on the phone stating I want to go home at 3pm when we're usually done work at sundown, I've never finished work at 3pm, my day still has 6 hours to go and several more pools to repair.
The previous pool company who closed her pool left everything in pieces whom she wrote a glowing review for, then this season when the pool company tried to open her pool and could cause it was missing several pieces such as Orings for her solar system, drain plugs for her pool pump and gear clamps for her sand filters plumbing, they couldn't finish the job and left to reschuled but instantly got a bad review from her here on homestars. I later checked with the pool company who opened her pool, we know also does hard work and she instantly bashed them online because she doesn't understand how a pool works.
We went down to change her 25+ year old sand filter for a new one she bought from another supplier. Once I had the new plumbing installed and double checked that there were no leak, her husband helped me lift the old sand filter into the back of my truck. We discussed a few things and I noticed their solar system was dripping down from the roof. He looks up while Dawn is now beside us and states yes that's a repair he did a few years ago and Dawn asked if I could fix it. I told them NO. I don't work on solar systems because I DONT have my "working at heights" certificate and training which is required by Ontario Labour Laws. Dawn then proceeds to asked me, can she grab her ladder and climb up to the second floor of the side of her house and she will fix it with my tools, again I said no, call a solar heating company, it's not a easy repair, so much for having to crawl around on her hands and knees.
A week later she emails stating our plumbing is leaking, I send Jodie down, it's not our plumbing but her solar system dripping still Jodie also notices her pump needs a few repairs that we would normally not do, due to the fact whom ever installed it, cross threaded the outlet port, fixed at no extra cost, after looking at the before and after pics we've taken, someone has been playing with our plumbing.
Dawn sends in new pics by email, weeks later, again claiming it's still leaking, but it is still her solar system and she refuses to answer our emails and text messages, so good luck Dawn and thanks for bashing our great reputation. and by the way, getting down on your hands and knees to fix a drain plug that Jodie kicked?
Highly unlikely cause you were there when she was working on your system watching over her shoulder, as you did mine.
Thank you Melissa
