Trail Appliances

We have purchased both our LG washer/dryer as well as appliances for our rental unit. We had mechanical issues with 2 of the items and Trail was quick to respond by sending a repair company within two days. One issue was quickly fixed and the other involved the replacement of an item. With limited resources in our community we rely on the reputation, good will and service of companies in Calgary and Trail has provided this on all fronts.

We called Trail when our 3 year old fridge stopped working and heating up. They booked the appointment right away and the repairman was on time, capable and courteous. He was able to set the fridge up so we could at least use it, with out the lights. The problem came when he returned with the replacement parts only to find out that the order desk had ordered the wrong parts. Why they were not checked before he came I am not sure, but he was very upset and apologetic. It did take almost another week to get the parts.

My wife had a specific stove in mind when we went to Trail Appliances and wanted to get the ceramic top in grey. The sales associate said we could get it and after waiting for two weeks was informed it only came in black. We did settle for the black top and love the stove but was disappointed in the sales associate. He was a bit snappy and we choose to buy it from another sales associate.

We used Trail appliances based on other reviews we had read. They were very friendly and helpful in the showroom and then on the day of delivery and install, they were courteous and cared for our floor while doing the installation. They were also very helpful to move our old stove to our garage, which I have had other companies not do for me.

i had a good shopping experience. I needed a new dishwasher. I went in and found one. The salesperson gave me a great deal and I bought it the same day. I am quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely shop there again.

the store had a good selection of appliances at a very fair prices for the quality. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They delivery was great. They came when they said they would. We were very satisfied with the purchase and the service. We would shop there again.

We have dealt with Josh at the Southside location several times in the last 12 years. Each time the service was excellent and everything was dealt with properly. The last time our stove was slightly damamged and they got a replacement one from Red Deer within a day and kept in touch with us.

We recently had a warranty issue with our washer and we contacted customer service even though the warranty was being covered by a separate repairman. The customer service was above the line in helping us get the issue resolved.

i had a good experience. The store was clean and had a big selection of appliances. The staff were good. The delivery was fine. I am very happy with my purchase. I don't have any problems and would shop there again.

Trail Appliances was the vendor of choice for our home builder and we were to deal with Daniel Osolynski. We were very impressed with Daniel's service; not sure if this is typical of all sales persons there but we found Daniel to be very patient and always helpful. On a few occasions they had to match prices for us as I found the same products cheaper elsewhere and they did not create a fuss. As a business, Trail is very strong on customer service. I like their southside facility as well. It's very inviting. There were some issues with the appliances delivery though where the stove and washer/dryer were dented while delivery. Perhaps they needed to work on their delivery procedures. All this was a couple of years ago. I also had to use their warranty service for the stove and again I was impressed with the service of the store staff as well as the repair person.

Our dishwasher broke down and I went to trail appliances to get parts. I found what I was looking for right away. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me some advice on how to replace the parts. Aim happy with the purchase and the service.
