Trail Appliances

I have placed 4 service calls all for the same repair - water not draining completely and machine shutting off early. I have had 3 different appliance repairmen out to repair the same problem. They look at the machine & adjust the drain hose. The first guys that came out actually ordered a new part but had to be reminded 1.5 - 2 months later that I was still waiting (they were from Trail, but the rest have been from the extended warranty with the manufacturer). The last time I called, I was told unless I could physically make the machine stop myself or have it happen & get someone in to show them, they would charge me for the service call. Since then I have found out that it stops in the wash cycle but have not called back yet. Very frustrating but I guess I better make some more notes & call again before my extended warranty runs out.

Horrible post sales support.

I purchased a fridge from Trail. Two walls were damaged during delivery. the fridge was damaged. I was told that replacement doors would be ordered. Close to a year later I am still dealing with this. Calls are not returned, information keeps changing. Lots of excuses with little action.

My walls are still cracked, my fridge is still dented, weeks and months go by with promises of action but none taken.

Buying an appliance shouldn't be this hard.

First of all I found Trail Appliances to have an excellent selection of kitchen (and other) appliances to choose from. The salesman was very helpful and assisted me with getting the right appliance to suit our needs (gas range) and fridge. Would recommend!

When I needed to purchase a new range, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made it quite simple to make a choice. Item was delivered in a timely fashion and old appliance was removed.

Best little washer and dryer anyone could get. It fit into the bathroom clauset. The store gave us a great discount and referred a great installer. We've always got our applicances here, great selection & decent salespeople.

I recently purchased all new kitchen appliances from Trail Appliances. The staff were very knowledgeable about their products. We were treated extremely.well. I was given brochures for all the models that I looked at. My wife and I chose the appliances we wanted before we left the store. I am very satisfied with the appliances after using them for two months. I certainly would do business there again.

I purchased all LG appliances, The sales person didn't really show us much or tell us much about the products. After having the LG appliances I'm very unhappy with them I had to have the stove serviced twice in two years and my fridge once.

prices were high, and the info was wrong. Recommendation were horrible, and now we are looking at replacing 10,000 worth of crappy appliances. Install was poorly done, and the service work was contracted out to some shady people. Much better off with another company

Trail management is great but some of the people under management are not very good. On my 3rd LG fridge in 2 months. Service departemnt wanted to charge me for a call out. They did not explain the process that all I had to do was call LG and the service call is free. First sales man never returned any of my calls. Once I started dealing directly with the management I felt I got support and direction. Their stores are nice and in general we had a good experince in the stores. Lots of selection and most floor models were clean.

The door latch on our dishwasher had broken. A phone call to Trail Appliances revealed the repair would be quite costly but they stated the option of simply buying the part and installing it myself was an option. The parts person ensured I bought the correct part and that it was on-hand.. The replacement was quite straight forward and I was able to save approx $150.00....Thank-you
