We have been used Golden Maids for the last couple of years, same lady every time. We are happy with her and usually do not ask for another maid, if there occur anything. We were expecting guests the week when our maid got sick, of course, we needed our house to be ready. We called the company. I should mention that I really appreciate their commitment! I do understand that it’s difficult to arrange last minute appointment. At the middle of the day, they called me back and provided another maid. And she did an amazing job. Very friendly and helpful! I asked her to help me with washing the dishes and ironing table cloth, even if it is not included in ordinary service, she gladly accepted. It was a pleasure to see that a ‘new-comer’ in your house is not only doing a good job but also creating a friendly atmosphere, so I felt no pressure or discomfort having a different maid. Now I have no worries when calling Golden Maids because they really care!
