Move out clean from slow or dishonest cleaning company

We are really sorry you are not happy with the cleaning service provided. Upon booking we have informed you that the cleaning will take in-between 3 to 4 hours total. This is an average time for your size apartment. Specifically on this case you asked us to clean inside of the appliances which normally takes extra time. All these information you have received by email along with Cleaning Confirmation and Terms Agreement. You agreed with total hours and price and proceeded with the booking.
So, to specify what exactly was done: we cleaned inside of the oven, fridge and microwave. We washed all baseboards and surfaces, vacuumed and mopped all floors, cleaned all cabinets inside and out and did deep cleaning of the bathroom with its tub, mirror and cabinets. All these took our team 4 hours total, 2 hours each. Therefore, the Invoice with total hours and balance owing has been provided to you after the cleaning. Exactly these hours were stipulated by contract at the very beginning.
And I would like to mention that, initially, we have scheduled the appointment on July 29th that was one month ahead. You revised the details and asked us on Thursday, June 25th to reschedule the cleaning and move it to Monday, June 29th, that was 2 business days prior the cleaning day and was considering short notice to find a spot available. We tried to do the best from our side to arrange the cleaning on June 29th. Yes, there were last minute changes from our side due to last minute notice and we sent you a team of 2 people. But they did 4 hours total, 2 hours. Exactly these hours were stipulated by contract at the very beginning. And exactly this amount we charged you at the end.
