I've been with Grand Alarm for years. I've moved houses twice since being with them. This recent move was quite complicated but in the end everything came together. I've been dealing with Amanda Powar at head office and she's been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to be working with. She's done and continues to do whatever she can to ensure myself as a client remains happy with the service. Recently, they sent out an installer to relocate my setup to boost signal. All went well.
