Grand Alarm was very infomative. The answered all my questions and worked with us in getting exactly what we need. I love the motion sensor and the fact that you can identify what door/window is opened from the convenience of your panel. Amy was great and Amanda was very helpful.
Looking forward to adding more features once we get familiar with the basic alarm.
