We had concerns about a family of skunks who decided to make their new home under our deck. Called Joe who was working on a project in Burlington but despite the distance drove to our house in Toronto , set up the trap and called us regularly to monitor the situation . Fortunately the skunks decided to relocate by themselves so there was no need to remove them in the trap .
Joe picked up the trap and there was no charge for the service despite the fact that he had to come from out of town on both occasions
This is the second time I used him and would highly recommend him .

I recently called Joe after hearing squirrels scratching and running between the drywall of my living room ceiling. Joe came out a couple of days later and checked the exterior of my house as well as the entire roof to see of there were any openings where the squirrels were getting in. After spending a lot of time inspecting the roof, it was simply by chance that he saw the red squirrel running along my neighbour's roof and crawling into the roof vent. It turns out that the squirrels were entering my home from my neighbours roof, and since it’s a townhouse, it entered my side of the house via the adjoining kitchen and soffit. Joe placed wire mesh on my vents to squirrel proof my home. My neighbour was unwilling to take preventative steps at the same time, so Joe had to return a few weeks later after the neighbour finally called so that he could place the one way door and mesh guards on thier roof vents.

I would definitely recommend this company for any pest issues you may have at your home. Joe even called a week after installing the wire mesh guards on my roof vents to find out if I still had the squirrel issues, and to find out if my neighbour had taken any preventative measures.

I have a rental building and use Snap Pest Control for my pest control and preventative maintenance. Joe is such a personable guy, that always looks after us. We've used him for squirrels under a balcony, rodents, spraying rooms between tenants, hornets nest, ants, and beetles. Customer service is top notch and reasonable prices too. He was straightforward in offering me all the answers to my questions and spent a good deal of time with his initial visit and inspection.
By contrast, an earlier contractor charged me $200.00 plus GST for an initial inspection which took no longer than 25
minutes.
Joe accommodated my business schedule and came in on the off day to do the work.
He showed up promptly with one of his workers and completed the work exactly as he had described it to me. ( I am a retired contractor and appreciate these details)
When there was a deviation to the original plan Joe called me and explained why something had to be done differently.
He did not have to say anything as I would not have known.

They left me with a feeling of trust and confidence in the work they did.

We had a family of squirrels in the attic which had an entry through a tricky spot on the roof due to a construction/design flaw of our house. We were very busy during the week and had to reschedule many times. Most people would get frustrated, but Joe is very accomodating. He came in with an unmarked vehicle so that neighbors wouldn't be concerned about our issue and installed a one-way door so that the squirrels could go out but never back in. After a few weeks, Joe came in to remove it and put in a mesh that was barely noticeable. It could be removed later on whenever we hire roofing techs to repair that area. Very professional, thorough and helpful. Thank you Joe!

The issue arose during end of winter and despite still having snow on the ground, he took his time to assess the issue and offered solution. Me and my next door neighbor had a falling out and they won't let him step in their front yard for him to safely complete the project (removing the trap and closing/sealing the roof + installing another mesh). We discussed with Joe what the next approach is for him to safely complete the project but one day, us being away for work, he just took it upon himself and speak to our next door neighbor and professionally and kindly asked to allow him to finish his job safely. He even offered to put a mesh in an opening he saw on my neighbor's roof while he was working on ours - for free - just so he can finish the job he started. Goes to show how reliable he is and he's best at what he does!

I had mice in my walls and floors that have drop ceilings. Joe came in and was able to quickly determine their points of entry outside and sealed them off. He was able to remove all the mice inside in a short amount of time. I would recommend him to anyone!
