I looked at 2 other contractors before meeting Joe from Snap Pest Control. He was straightforward in offering me all the answers to my questions and spent a good deal of time with his initial visit and inspection. By contrast, an earlier contractor charged me $200.00 plus GST for an initial inspection which took no longer than 25 minutes. Joe accommodated my business schedule and came in on the off day to do the work. He showed up promptly with one of his workers and completed the work exactly as he had described it to me. ( I am a retired contractor and appreciate these details) When there was a deviation to the original plan Joe called me and explained why something had to be done differently. He did not have to say anything as I would not have known. I am very glad I hired Snap Pest Control. They left me with a feeling of trust and confidence in the work they did. You will do well to hire Joe. I recommend them completely.
