Recently I contacted customer service as my phoneline was not operational. This was an issue with my Telco provider. The customer service agent explained the limitation of my current technology and recommended a no charge upgrade. The technician was at my home the following day and completed the job is less that two hours. Not only was he professional but he also explained how I could download a mobile app and start doing remote management of my site. This was done the very same day. This is excellent service and a clear demonstration of the added value of being a customer.
