We have been using DELUX ALARM for almost a year now. The peace of mind and relaxation that we feel since then is great. We sleep at night knowing that we are well protected by a state of the art technology and an extremely professional team at the back end.
DELUX ALARM have also installed an intercom with a camera that is working very well. We feel very safe leaving the kids alone at home, as long as they know how to operate/arm/disarm the system. It is fairly easy to use and so far, we have seen no signs of malfunctions like we here about in other commercial systems..
The customer service staff is extreemly proffesional and supportive. We have just called enquiring about a technical operation question, FARA FATHY, was the representative who help me get all answers to my questions in a very pleasing and welcoming attittude. Thanks DELUX ALARM !
